Empathize (Poem - 6) - Pulwama Attack

Empathize is my poem collection written over two years. It deals with the priceless virtue of EMPATHY. This poem is about Empathy towards the family of martyrs of the Pulwama attack on February 14, 2019. This poem condemns the attack and displays the uselessness of war.

Poem - Pulwama Attack

Humans kill humans

For land, money and reasons;

Peace long died,

Killing humanity dead.

Weren't the slain your brothers?

Didn't they deserve love from mothers?

What does violence bring?

Only the red alert goes ring, ring.

Let the beacon of hope

Help the families cope

With the disaster -

Written in Indian history with an aster.
